it looks like ralph nader is getting ready for 2012 he has a new book out called only the super rich can save us and a big book tour and he has another book coming out called direct democracy he is getting his opportunity to get his platform of lower taxes and less spending out to the american people so they can get less jobs that have been lost by the american people

Perhaps someone will read this e-mail and speak up. Been in the real estate business for over 30 years. Corporate and on my own. We have a mess on our hands. FNMA, Freddie, the secondary mortgage markets, PMI companies are PUNISHING condo units-owners. Developers and "Bank Owned" projects can't sell. Unit owners can't sell or refi due to newly imposed rules over the past year. A total mess. We go from outright mortgage lending give aways to NO funding availability at all causing deflation

John, Please say with some specificity what you are for - not only what you are against. Limiting to saying what you are against gives no sense of an alternative so that could mean there is none. This week we celebrate the fall of the Berlin Wall but it appears free market capitalism didn’t penetrate deeply enough into society. The glaring current example is that too many people still support various government-run health care schemes. We should have had deregulated health insurance years ago.

Shepard Smith had John Stossel on this morning and John mentioned how unionization often causes a mediocre work ethic. I have two illustrations of that fact. bIn 1968, I was an assisant production foreman in a candy factory in Chicago. At one point, I was assigned to supervise a crew of day laborers as they filled individual , mostly 8 oz. plastic bags with candies that were brought to the site in cases and that I dumped into a large hopper and a vibrating machine could be set to be fairly acu
